Photographs — images captured at ATM terminals and selfies used for identity verification
Transaction information — amount, date, time, cryptocurrency type, and wallet address
Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our website
Occupation and source of funds — collected for compliance purposes on higher-value transactions

We do not collect your mobile phone number for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver transactional SMS messages required to complete your ATM transaction.

4. How We Use Your Information

To process and verify your cryptocurrency transaction
To send a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS to authenticate your identity at the ATM

We do not use your phone number or any personal information to send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages. All SMS messages we send are transactional in nature and directly related to your use of our Services.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number at a Reload Crypto ATM to receive a one-time verification code (OTP), you consent to receive transactional SMS messages necessary to complete your transaction.

No marketing SMS: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the messaging service (for example, our SMS delivery provider).

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one SMS per transaction for identity verification. You may receive an additional confirmation message upon successful transaction completion.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message from us to opt out of future messages. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. Note that opting out of transactional verification messages may prevent you from completing future ATM transactions.

6. Legal Basis for Collection

We collect and process personal information as required by the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), applicable FinCEN regulations, and applicable state money transmitter laws. We are legally obligated to collect certain information from our customers to fulfill our compliance obligations as a licensed money services operator.

7. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information, mobile phone number, or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

With regulatory bodies and law enforcement when required by applicable law

With our SMS delivery provider solely to transmit verification and transactional messages to you

These measures include end-to-end encryption of SMS messages, encrypted data storage, strict access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Please note that opting out of transactional verification codes may prevent you from completing future ATM transactions, as the OTP is required for identity verification.

13. SMS Communications

Customers voluntarily provide their mobile phone number at a Reload Crypto ATM to receive a one-time verification code (OTP) required to complete identity verification and process a transaction. By requesting a verification code, customers consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to that transaction only. No marketing or promotional text messages are sent. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on transactions. Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages where applicable. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
