1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using any Reload Crypto ATM kiosk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and any other party who accesses our services.
2. Description of Services
Reload Crypto ATM ("Reload", "we", "us", or "our") operates a network of cryptocurrency ATM kiosks that allow users to purchase and sell digital assets including Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies in exchange for fiat currency. Use of any Reload ATM or this website constitutes a "Service" as defined in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using a Reload ATM or this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it from our records.
4. User Authentication and Identity Verification
In order to use our Services, you may be required to provide personal information for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to your phone number, government-issued photo identification, and other documentation as required by federal or state regulations. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reload reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to meet verification requirements.
5. Transactions
When you use a Reload Service, you are instructing Reload to purchase or sell digital currency on your behalf. All transaction rates are displayed on-screen prior to confirmation. By proceeding with a transaction, you accept the displayed rate and fee. All transactions are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. Reload is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses. Users are solely responsible for ensuring wallet address accuracy prior to confirming any transaction.
6. Transaction Limits
Daily and per-transaction limits apply based on your verification level. Standard limits are applied to users who provide a phone number only. Enhanced limits are available to users who complete full identity verification. Reload reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Fees
All applicable fees are displayed clearly on the ATM screen before a transaction is confirmed. By proceeding, you accept all fees as displayed. Fees are subject to change without notice. Current fee schedules may also be found on this website.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, tax evasion, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, conducting transactions on behalf of a third party without disclosure, or any other activity that violates federal, state, or local law. Reload cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies and will report suspicious activity as required by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reload makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our Services. We do not warrant that our ATMs will be available at all times or that transactions will be processed without delay or error.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reload Crypto ATM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, including losses resulting from market fluctuation, transaction errors, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account.
